Yesterday was one of those grazing days where breakfast, lunch, and the snacks in between all kind of melded together into one long day of eating. ‘Twas glorious.

I know, I know, I know, I know, I know. Not my finest choice, getting chips from Chipotle. (Damn their deliciousness!) In my defense (not that I really have one, nor that I especially NEED one since overall I still stayed within a healthy, if over-target, calorie range), I only intended to eat half of my burrito bowl & chips, then take the other half for lunch today, but… yeah. Oh well. Today’s a new day, and I’m already off to a good start!
Mini pickles are so cute…People who don’t like pickles freak me out.
Also your chicken kapow looks so yummy…let me know if you feel like sharing recipe! =]
Those are leftovers from a restaurant, actually, but you posit a great idea — I should totally learn how to make it myself!!
I’m not a huge fan of brussle sprouts, but those actually look good!
And I love pickles, especially deep friends ones 😛
Oh my gosh, do not even mention fried pickles to me, my mouth is already watering! 🙂
Ahh I had fried pickles at Bdub’s for my birthday…so gooood!
Duh I knew that. I got it mixed it up with the sushi that you and your sister made. Def learn to make it and then pass the recipe here!
Ohhh, the Chipotes chips. They sing to my soul.
Mmm. Chipotle. My favorite trick is to get the salad instead of the bowl, but with all the same toppings and no dressing. I miss the rice, yes, but I love their guacamole and salsas the most, so as long as I have those I’m cool with no rice. Then adding chips is a slightly less big deal!
Your posts really make me want some freaking pickles.
