A few Kashi crackers w/a blue cheese Laughing Cow cheese wedge

Sandwich w/whole grain bread, turkey, roast beef, cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, mustard

Toasted whole grain bread smothered in TJ’s white bean and basil hummus 😀

Arugula salad with roasted beets, goat cheese, and balsamic dressing



Chips and my incredible mango-avocado salsa (I need to post this recipe!!)
Crackers, cheese, and grapes
(Obviously not ALL of the food pictured here, but admittedly I did not do much portioning, hehe.)




Thai food feast! (Of course I didn’t eat ALL of that, it was a family affair!)
Exercise: went for a run with Jenny & the dogs and got MORE than my 20 minutes in. HOLLER! Deets on that and other weekend joys, as well as my weigh in (finally!) to come tomorrow. 🙂

Hi Gretchen! I just found your blog after having you follow me on le Twitter. Love your blog already — I think we are very similar! Although I don’t have the time, patience, or CPU speed to upload my own daily eats like you do, I love reading these because I struggle with coming up with snack ideas. I generally tend to just eat 3 larger meals per day, but that leaves me ravenous in between. Can’t wait to keep up with you more!
