– 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (38 cal)
– 1/2 cup Fage 0% plain greek yogurt (40 cal)
– 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (35 cal)
– 1 tbsp strawberry preserves (30 cal)

Brekky Total: 143 calories (oops, too low.)

Lunch

1 1/2 turkey patties (~190 cal)
1 tbsp Whole Food’s Mama’s Pesto (50 cal)

2 cups sauteed veggies w/ ~1 tsp Pesto (~150 cal)

Lunch Total: ~390 calories

Snack

1/2 a small blue raspberry Slurpee (heehee — at least I shared with Jenny!) (50 cal)

Some tortilla chips with homemade peach salsa and homemade guacamole (??? cals)

Dinner

4 oz. steak (210 cal)
1/2 cup potato salad (~180 cal)
1 full ear of corn (I went back for another half, hehe) (77 cal)
2 oz. chicken breast (70 cal, although I actually only had like 2 bites of chicken.)
1 tbsp A-1 steak sauce (15 cal)

Dinner Total: 552 calories

Dessert

1/2 cup Breyer’s All Natural Vanilla ice cream (140 cal)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries (26 cal)

Dessert Total: 166 cal

Total Total: 1,301 + however many calories of chips, guac, and salsa I ate. So probably closer to 1500+. Right on target! And I have yumtastic leftovers for lunch tomorrow (plus, the dogs ate gooooood tonight!) More details on dinner and whatnot coming in tomorrow’s post. For now, goodnight!
