Not too shabby, actually! I’m trying to majorly detox after my weekend of atrocious (but delicious!) eating, and except for succumbing to that brownie for dessert I think I succeeded! Onward to tomorrow! 🙂
Such good eats today 🙂 Can’t wait to hear about NYC!

“Whasian salad” just cracks me up!

Hehehe… 🙂
I recently found your blog and have got so much inspiration from it. I’m trying to lose about 50 pounds and have begun tracking calories. Your daily eats posts really inspire me. Do you plan your eats the night before so you know the calories or as you go? Do you track every day?
Girrrrl! That’s awesome! If I can do it, you DEFINITELY can do this! I wish I could say I had the foresight to plan stuff out ahead of time, but I’m really much more of a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kinda gal, to be honest. I do have a calorie counting app on my phone though, so I can still log the amount throughout the day and budget accordingly. Then I just tally it all up with the photos at the end of the day for the Daily Eats post!
I try to track every day, though that’s been admittedly quite lax lately… hehe. I also still track calories on the weekends on my phone even though I haven’t been posting on the weekends.
