Blueberry Bliss Luna Bar (180 cal)

Turkey wrap (in a spinach tortilla)

And a Diet Coke. Don’t judge: I REALLY needed the caffeine today!
An unpictured sliver of the brownies that were sitting on the kitchen counter. Ooooops. 😉

Total Calories: ???
Yet again, I didn’t prepare all of my meals myself today since I went over to the parents’ house for dins and I forgot my lunch at home. Therefore, I don’t have an accurate calorie count for the total day. Fail. But! I think I made very good choices throughout the day, considering the situation, and I guarantee I didn’t go over my limit. Huzzah!
Fact: One of my coworkers even brought in Dunkin’ Donuts MUNCHKINS for the office and I didn’t eat a single one. How’s that for progress? 🙂
Sometimes there is nothing better than a diet coke 🙂
I’m guessing a munchkin is a donut hole (?) — good job resisting!
Hahaha oh yeah, I guess I should have been more specific. It is! And there was a whole big box of ’em just sitting on the counter at work! I am very proud of myself hahahaha
Congrats on resisting the munchkins! Tristan came home over the weekend with a half-dozen of Dunkin Doughnuts, just because he wanted them. And they were gone in 24 hours. Men, grrr. (ha,ha).
No judgement on the Diet Coke. I had one myself last weekend when I was traveling. Not much else that appeals to me in a gas station!

Not gonna lie, I don’t usually drink sodas, but I have one a week as a reward (on Friday).
Congrats on the munchkin control. I have a coworker that brings in a bag of fresh bagels and cc atleast once a week. It was murder the first couple of times to avoid them. And it still hurts my soul when I see the uneaten ones in the trash later that week.
PS. I know how you feel about that diet coke. I had a diet snapple yesterday (Amazing Race edition) and I hate that it’s made with aspartame but it was just too refreshing to pass up 🙂
I feel the same way! I was always taught to be part of the Clean Plate Club and never to waste food. There are STARVING CHILDREN IN AFRICA after all! Sigh.
