TJ’s frozen mushroom ravioli doctored up with some frozen shrimp, frozen spinach, and a little sour cream added to the sauce.
Unpictured: Luna bar (breakfast), 3 fat ol’ slices of pizza (lunch), Popchips (snack), coconut milk ice cream (dessert), 4 or 5 li’l Reese’s Pieces (depression). Yeah, it was just one of those kinds of days.
I’m always so impressed by your discipline with portion sizes. I think that is my biggest downfall…the food I eat is balanced and healthy, but my portions are always too big! I never feel satisfied if I only eat as much as I’m “supposed” to have in a portion. Grrrrrr.
Hmm, well you would not have been quite so impressed with my unrestrained inhalation of 3 greasy slices of ‘za yesterday at lunch. It was free pizza! I couldn’t help getting my money’s worth. Guess I’ll take comfort in the fact that a year ago it probably would have been 5 pieces.
I hope the hot dog/PB snack was good — my mom used to eat hot dog buns slathered with butter as snacks — grossed me out big time!
I have done the hot dog bun sandwich before. Try it with pb and a banana–almost feels like a regular hot dog! haha 😉 Hope you are feeling better today!!
