1 full ear of corn (I went back for another half, hehe) (77 cal)
2 oz. chicken breast (70 cal, although I actually only had like 2 bites of chicken.)
1 tbsp A-1 steak sauce (15 cal)

Dinner Total: 552 calories

Dessert

1/2 cup sliced strawberries (26 cal)

Dessert Total: 166 cal

Total Total: 1,301 + however many calories of chips, guac, and salsa I ate. So probably closer to 1500+. Right on target! And I have yumtastic leftovers for lunch tomorrow (plus, the dogs ate gooooood tonight!) More details on dinner and whatnot coming in tomorrow’s post. For now, goodnight!

7 Straight Days of Posting ( Daily Eats 6/11/11)

When has this ever happened!?! I’ve actually posted BOTH days this weekend. I think this is the first time that has ever happened. I have to be honest, this post is mostly for housekeeping purposes, since I didn’t get to post yesterday’s eats uh… yesterday, haha. I was too busy making amazing sushi with my family to post yesterday! And I offer no apologies for it! But I’m just so proud that I’m cranking out a post every day this week that this particular DE post is making it to the homepage. 🙂 I’ll try to keep it short & sweet though, since I know you’re probably all anxious to get back to your lazy Sundays.

I’m sorry, folks. I am so sleep-deprived and so anxious to hit the hay that I don’t want to even take the time to type out the calorie counts from today. But as you can see, I wasn’t half bad! I didn’t know we were going over to our parents’ house for dinner, so I got hot bar from Whole Foods while I was grocery shopping. Hehe, then we went over there so I took advantage and stole a few shrimp to toss into the mix. I also probably ended up eating the equivalent of a tablespoon of rice in the process.
